Delete your Online Account
Account deletion is permanent. Export any local Journey you wish to keep before proceeding.
What is deleted
The process removes the online identity, provider links, Social profile, friends, leaderboard and Hall data, online progression records and Cloud Saves associated with the Online Account. Active sessions and entitlements are revoked.
What is not deleted automatically
Browser-local saves and exported save files remain under the player’s control. Clear browser storage or delete exported files separately if desired.
Limited records that may remain
Restricted transaction, refund, accounting, support, moderation, security and deletion-audit records may be retained where reasonably required for legal, financial, safety or abuse-prevention purposes. They are not retained as an active playable account.
How confirmation works
In game, request a short-lived deletion token, confirm that you understand deletion cannot be undone, and enter the exact confirmation phrase. This protects against accidental deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Use the Support page. You may be asked for limited information necessary to verify control of the account. Never send a password or full payment-card details.
